Privacy Policy
Last updated 2 October 2026
Clero (“we”) helps you quit nicotine. This policy explains what we collect on clerow.app and in the Clero app, and why.
What we collect
- Quiz answers — what you use, how much, for how long, your triggers and goals. Used only to personalise your plan and savings estimate.
- Email address — creates your account and lets you sign in on your phone. We email you about your plan and subscription only.
- Payment — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we store your subscription status and Stripe customer id.
- Usage in the app — streak, cravings beaten, check-ins, so the app can show your progress.
- Notes you choose to write — at a milestone you can write a short note to someone on day 1. We read every note before it’s shared; approved notes are shown to other Clero users without your name (only as, for example, “someone 30 days in”). Email us and we’ll remove yours.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data, run ads, or track you across other apps or sites. The app does not use the advertising identifier.
Where it lives
Account and progress data is stored with Supabase; subscriptions are processed by Stripe and mirrored to RevenueCat so your purchase unlocks the app on every platform. Each acts as a processor on our behalf.
Your rights
You can delete your account and all data from inside the app (You → Delete account) or by emailing us. You can cancel your subscription any time from the app or via Stripe’s customer portal link in your receipt email.
Not medical advice
Clero is an educational quit-support tool, not a medical device. If you are struggling, contact your local quitline or emergency services.
Contact
Clero is provided by Warbls AS, Halvdan Svartes gate 7c, 4044 Stavanger, Norway.
