The service
Clero is a subscription app and website that helps you quit nicotine with a personalised plan, progress tracking and a coach. It is educational and not a substitute for medical advice.
Subscriptions purchased on clerow.app
- Monthly plan: $1.00 charged today starts a 7-day trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, $9.99 is charged and the plan renews every month at the then-current price until cancelled.
- First-month offer: if we offer it on the paywall and you accept, the first monthly payment after the trial is $4.99 instead of $9.99; after that the plan renews at $9.99 a month until cancelled.
- Yearly plan: $1.00 charged today starts a 7-day trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, $49.99 is charged and the plan renews every 12 months at the then-current price.
- Prices are in USD; your bank may apply conversion fees. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- You can cancel at any time from the app or via the customer portal link in your receipt email. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We email you before a trial converts to a paid period.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribed on clerow.app and Clero doesn’t help, email post@clerow.app within 30 days of being charged for your plan (the first payment after the trial, or any later renewal) and we’ll refund that payment in full. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Your account
Your email address is your account. Keep access links private — anyone with a valid link can sign in to your account until it is used or expires.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the service, attempt to bypass payment, or use it in a way that harms others. The crew chat must be respectful.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
